DR. HAROLD RICHARDS: I'm a board-certified dermatologist, trained in Ann Arbor, Michigan. After training and following two years in the Air Force in Florida, we came to La Jolla, California in 1969 and set up a private practice, which I engaged in as a solo practitioner until approximately the year 2000.
